Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of versevibe.net, including our free Bible games, word searches, lessons, videos, printables, courses and any paid subscription (“the Website”). The Website is run by VerseVibe (“we”, “us”, “our”) from Western Australia. By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Who VerseVibe is for

VerseVibe provides Bible-based learning resources for children, families, churches, ministries and schools. Children under 18 should use the Website with the permission and supervision of a parent, guardian, teacher or ministry leader. Accounts and subscriptions must be set up by an adult (18 years or over).

2. Accounts

• You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for all activity on your account.
• An organisation (such as a church, ministry or school) that holds an account is responsible for the people it allows to use that account.
• Tell us straight away at [email protected] if you think someone has used your account without permission.

3. Free resources

Many resources on the Website are free. We may change, add or remove free resources at any time.

4. Subscriptions and payments

• Some resources or levels may be offered as a paid subscription. The price, what is included and the billing period will be shown before you buy.
• All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing [email protected]. Your access will continue until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
• We may change subscription prices. We will give you notice before a price change applies to your next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

5. Refunds

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a paid resource has a major failure, you are entitled to a refund. Otherwise, we do not usually give refunds for part of a billing period or for a change of mind, but please contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help. 6. How you may use our resources

When you use the Website or subscribe, we give you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our resources for:

• personal and family use;
• teaching and ministry within your own church, ministry, school or group (including showing games on a screen and printing copies of printables for the children in your care).

You must not:

• sell, re-publish, share or upload our resources, printables or PDFs to other websites, apps, drives or social media;
• remove our name or copyright notices from any resource;
• share your login with people outside your household or organisation;
• copy, scrape or misuse the Website, or try to interfere with how it works.

7. Intellectual property

All games, lessons, artwork, printables, text and other content on the Website are owned by VerseVibe or used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Unless we say otherwise, Bible verses quoted in our activities are from the World English Bible (WEB), which is in the public domain. Videos shown from YouTube or other providers remain the property of their owners.

8. Content and accuracy

We work hard to make our resources accurate, age-appropriate and faithful to the Bible. They are provided for teaching and encouragement and do not replace your own judgement, your church leadership, or professional advice.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the Website running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Some games are hosted by third-party services and may change or stop working. We may update or remove resources at any time.

10. Links to other websites

The Website may link to other websites, such as YouTube or our shop. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or changes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot be excluded. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website, and our total liability to you is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

12. Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.

13. Ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms. You can stop using the Website and close your account at any time.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
